A fabulous online dictionary, thesaurus, and encyclopedia.
Need to write a research paper? Don't know the difference between MLA and APA style? Have no clue how to cite your references in a Works Cited page? This is the website for you!
If you think I'm tough on plagiarism, talk to the people who have had their PhD's removed because they plagiarized a paper as freshmen in college. Plagiarism is no laughing matter. If you use someone else's words or ideas you must give them proper credit or you are plagarizing! Luckily, this handy website makes it easy, using the NoodleBib Express tool, to properly cite all of your references for any research paper you may have to write from now until your college years. Saving this link will save you a lot of trouble! ;)
Search Engines
This website is VERY useful for doing research.
The cluster option will group your search results into clusters by related categories.
The sites option will group the websites by .com (commercial websites), .org (organizations), .net (networking), .edu (education), .gov (government), etc.
Remember that ANYONE can write information on the internet but you're safe getting information from .gov websites and many .edu websites. DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ ON THE INTERNET!
